ASCO Endorsement of Other Meetings
An ASCO endorsement of other meetings means that ASCO officially endorses the meeting’s education programs and grants permission to use the ASCO logo on program brochures and other materials. The educational program is developed by the meeting organizers and is reviewed and approved by ASCO staff. Meeting organizers must submit applications before the initial planning of the event begins.
Note: This information is provided for endorsement of U.S. domestic meetings only. The ASCO's Joint Sessions & Endorsements page provides information regarding endorsement of meetings outside of the United States.
Endorsement application materials:
- Completed application with signature
- Draft program/agenda
- Certificate of nonprofit status of organization (if applicable)
Please email completed application materials to meeting endorsements. Once the application fee is received, your application materials will be submitted for consideration.
If ASCO approves your meeting for endorsement, a trademark license fee will apply. For additional information regarding the trademark license fee, please email meeting endorsements.
