Select the Stop button
Right click on the video screen
Select Options

Sessions
On each meeting session page, select the media icons, or to hear a presentation’s audio and/or view slides. The audio of the presentation corresponds with the appropriate slide, just like at the actual conference. You may listen to each presentation from start to finish, or you may jump to various portions of the presentation. To jump to a segment or portion of the presentation, use the small play button next to the corresponding segment. Please note that segments are captured in 2-minute intervals. You might be required to wait until all of the audio content is loaded before it begins playing.
Downloading Windows Media Player
Viewing Virtual Meeting presentations with Windows Media Player requires Windows Media Player 10, the most current version of the player. It is a free download, should you need to upgrade.
Downloading the FREE RealPlayer
RealPlayer is free software that will allow you to hear CD quality audio over the Internet as long as you have at least a 28.8 Kbps modem. RealNetworks also offers an enhanced version, RealPlayer Plus, for $19.99; however, it is not necessary to use this program. Go to the RealPlayer for Windows Page to download the basic player software. RealPlayer for Mac OS X is also available for free.
Note: Appearance of Buttons and Icons may vary depending on which software you are using to view presentations.

Cutting edge technology is used to bring lectures to you, over the Internet, using standard telephone lines. If you are having problems listening to a lecture at any time, these tips may help you.
What does it mean when the player is Rebuffering?
Streaming technology is used to deliver the audio of the presentations to you, as you need them. This means that instead of sending one large audio file that would take a long time to download, our servers send small segments of the lecture to your computer, as you need them.
When the player loses connection to the server for a number of different reasons, it needs to rebuffer the signal of the audio. The reason for this rebuffering could be anything from network congestion between you and our streaming server, to your browser doing something else, such as downloading another file.
My Windows Media Player/ RealPlayer keeps needing to rebuffer. Why?
Depending on your connection speed to the Internet, you may experience network congestion, which will force the Windows Media Player/RealPlayer to rebuffer. If you are having this problem, we suggest that you pause the audio when a new image is downloading. This will allow the browser to download the image. Once the image is done, restart the audio by pressing the play button. This will eliminate the need to rebuffer 99% of the time.
Presentation does not display and all that shows is a blank screen.
This is most likely a network firewall or pop-up blocker issue. Contact your computer network administrator and request that they allow outbound network traffic on port 8080. Please be sure you have disabled any pop-up blockers that are installed.
Presentation has no audio.
Be sure your computer has a sound card installed, your speakers are connected, and the volume is turned up. Many presentations are available as video or slides only. If you wish to hear the presentation, be sure you select the icon.
It is also a good idea to reinstall DirectX just after you install the Windows Media Codec.
