Continuing Medical Education (CME)
The American Society of Clinical Oncology is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians. The Quality Training Program live activity, comprised of two 2-day learning sessions and one 1-day learning session, has been approved for AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Participants will receive a brief survey before and after the Quality Training Program. This survey has two goals: To gauge progress toward learning outcomes as well as to provide feedback about the learning experience. Participants will be able to claim CME credit reflecting the extent of their participation in the Quality Training Program at the conclusion of the final learning session. CME certificates will be available for downloading and printing at that time.
Certificates of Participation and Attendance
All nonphysicians (including nurses and pharmacists) are welcome to submit a request for a Certificate of Participation, which may enable nonphysicians to apply their Quality Training Program participation toward re-licensure. Please note, however, that all final decisions regarding the awarding of credits will be made by the licensing organization to which the credits are submitted.
For participants who need a record of their attendance, Certificates of Attendance will be available at the conclusion of the final learning session. This certifıcate does not award any AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™.
