Abstract Publication and Prior Presentation Policies
Abstract Notification Information: Notification regarding acceptance or rejection of abstracts will be sent to the presenting author on or after December 17, 2009 by e-mail. If you have not received an e-mail notification by December 28, 2009, contact abstracts@asco.org or 571/483-1400. The decision of the GU Cancers Symposium Program Committee and Leadership regarding acceptance and presentation of abstracts is final.
Abstract Withdrawal Information: If the first author wishes to withdraw his/her abstract from the GU Cancers Symposium program, a written request must be submitted by January 20, 2010 to abstracts@asco.org. Any abstract withdrawal requests after this date will be considered on a case-by-case basis and cannot be assured removal from the Symposium Proceedings.
Abstract Release Information: The majority of 2010 Genitourinary Cancers Symposium abstracts will be publicly released on ASCO’s website, www.asco.org, on Wednesday, March 3, 2010 at 6:00 PM (EDT). The online abstracts will be fully searchable at that time.
