EHR Vendor Lab

2012 EHR Vendor Lab

EHR LabHelping oncologists with EHR selection, the 2012 EHR Vendor Lab will be a live, in-person resource held at ASCO's Annual Meeting from June 2-4, 2012. The lab will be located in the Oncology Professionals Hall, booth #5004.

The lab will host 8 EHR vendors, who will demonstrate their product in accordance to a set of ASCO-defined criteria. The Lab asks vendors to show their EHR's ability to perform clinical decision support, chemotherapy ordering, and care coordination. The criteria are organized around a patient scenario, which attempts to encapsulate most situations that oncology providers will encounter with their EHR.

The participating vendors include the following:

  • Altos Solutions, Inc: OncoEMR™
  • Cardinal Health: Smart Oncology Office
  • Elekta: MOSAIQ®
  • GeniusDoc Oncology EHR/PM
  • MDLand International Corporation: iClinic®
  • McKesson Specialty Health: iKnowMed
  • MedSym: MedSymEHR & MedSymPM
  • Varian Medical Systems: ARIA®oncology information system

ASCO encourages anyone who is looking for an EHR to take a look at the patient case and these vendors at our Annual Meeting.
