The online evaluation process is quick and easy to use!

To access the 2010 Genitourinary Cancers Symposium evaluation, please follow the following steps:

1. Visit www.gucasymposium.org and Click "Learn More." (Note: Participants are redirected to the 2010 Genitourinary Cancers Symposium main page on ASCO.org)

2. Click on the 'Program Evaluation and CME Requests' button. (Note: Participants are redirected to a FAQ Page with information about the online evaluation and CME requests)

3. Access the FAQ or proceed by clicking the ‘Complete Program Evaluation and CME Requests” button located on the page.

4. Participants are redirected to the ASCO.org log in screen.

• ASCO Members- enter your ASCO.org username and password
• Non ASCO Members- please enter your username and password that you used during the registration process

5. After logging into through ASCO.org participants will see the main page for the evaluation. Participants may be prompted to enter their corresponding badge number.

6. Proceed to complete the evaluation.

Please submit your evaluation by April 7, 2010. Submissions received after the deadline will not be processed.
