International Cancer Corps

ASCO has partnered with Health Volunteers Overseas (HVO) to provide opportunities for ASCO members to partner with hospitals in the developing world through the International Cancer Corps. HVO programs exist in 25 resource-poor nations where volunteers train, mentor and provide critical professional support to health care providers who care for the neediest populations in the most difficult of circumstances. Volunteers will not teach basic clinical concepts and skills, but complement and supplement existing knowledge.
