Clinical trials are crucial for developing better methods of preventing, detecting, and treating cancer. Well-designed and well-conducted clinical trials are the only way to determine the effectiveness of a promising new agent or intervention.
The Clinical Trials Workshop will help community oncologists and their teams evaluate, integrate, and conduct clinical trials in the community practice setting. The program content will provide practical tools that are not often included in fellowship training programs or continuing educational materials.
