Media Registration & Policies
Media registration for ASCO’s 2008 Annual Meeting is now available. Please read all 2008 Media Policies before completing the Registration Form.
The Housing Reservation Deadline was Friday, April 18, 2008. ASCO will no longer be able to facilitate media housing requests. Representatives from non-U.S. media are required to pre-register by Friday, May, 2, 2008. On-site media registration is not available for non-U.S. media.
The 2008 Media Policies and Registration form can be obtained by selecting the link below. Be sure to print clearly so that we may easily read your information. You must submit a media registration request if you would like to cover the 2008 Annual Meeting off-site and/or the May 15 Presscast. Media registration forms can be faxed to 703-350-4489.
*Please note: Registrants must sign and complete their own media registration forms. Individual contact information is needed to send important press materials regarding the 2008 Annual Meeting.
